About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager of Corporate Services, the HR Generalist is involved in several aspects relating to hiring, training and general HR function support. Their duties include but are not limited to overseeing the onboarding process of new employees, providing support within the HR team, and assisting employees with training, career and performance development.

Position Responsibilities

Recruitment and Retention:

  • Create job postings based on organizational vacancies;
  • Assist management in updating job descriptions and interview questions as required;
  • Prepare Communication Requests and Ad briefs for the Communications department in a timely manner;
  • Sync job postings to internal recruitment software daily;
  • Shortlist candidates based on minimum requirements and make recommendations to hiring manager;
