Responsibilities
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions and provide administration support.
- Handle payroll processing activities and generate monthly payroll and HR reports.
- Maintain accurate HR database and update employees' records.
- Handle MOM work pass application, renewal, cancellation & other related matters.
- Prepare all employment-related documents.
- Liaise with relevant authorities on foreign workers related matters.
- Assist in all government agencies submission and relevant surveys.
- Submit workplace accident to MOM and handle worker's insurance claim.
- Arrange worker's accommodation and update accommodation address in MOM OFWAS.
- Source and register courses, update and maintain accurate training records.
- Handle employeesâ disciplinary issues and grievances.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers on operational HR issues.
- Prepare and fill IR8A and IR21.
