Position Details

Position Title: Human Resources Executive. Location: Klang, Selangor. Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm / Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibilities

• Check and reconcile payroll system attendance with production clock‑in/clock‑out data daily for attendance and overtime tracking.
• Update and maintain employee attendance records and leave applications.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate data on employee absences and leaves.
• Issue warning letters and handle basic disciplinary documentation.
