Hub S&OP Area Manager

Role

As S&OP Manager within the regional NSA Planning Hub team you will be responsible for the overall S&OP function and end-to-end Planning operations across a cluster of Operating Companies (OpCos) in the Americas Region.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Directly manages a team of Hub Planning Leads, responsible for Demand, Replenishment & Distribution, Production (Brewing & Packaging), and Finished Goods Imports Planning.
• Serves as a critical bridge between OpCo operational planning and the Regional S&OP process — ensuring risks, decisions, and escalations are properly integrated at the Regional level.
• Co‑accountable for Supply Chain Fixed Expenses, Stock Working Capital, and Write‑Off performance across the cluster, and defines and signs off on annual S&OP KPI targets for all OpCos.
