HSSEQ Leader (Santiago)

The role acts as HSSEQ Leader at country level, combining strong OHS expertise with responsibility for process implementation, local compliance required to sustain the local certification, and functional coordination of the local team, with a hands‑on operational approach.

We are looking for an experienced HSSEQ Leader to join our team in Chile. This role is critical in driving a strong safety, quality, and operational excellence culture across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement OH&S policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring full legal compliance.
• Identify and assess risks, defining preventive measures to maintain safe working conditions.
• Ensure compliance with HSSEQ standards, driving continuous improvement through KPIs, non‑conformities, and corrective/preventive actions.
