HSE Specialist AND Safety Manager Precast and EPC

We are looking for an experienced HSE Specialist / Safety Manager with strong expertise in Precast Concrete Manufacturing and EPC Projects. Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor HSE policies across precast plants and EPC construction sites. Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, toolbox talks, and incident investigations. Manage heavy lifting, rigging, work-at-height, excavation, and confined space safety. Lead subcontractor safety compliance and promote a zero-harm safety culture. Requirements Requirements: 14-22 years of HSE experience. Mandatory experience in both Precast Concrete Factory and EPC Projects. Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or Occupational Health & Safety. NEBOSH, OSHA, or IOSH certification preferred. Strong knowledge of heavy lifting, construction safety, and HSE compliance.
