Hse Manager

Responsibilities
Assist General Manager in ensuring compliance on all safety, health, environmental, and welfare matters, to ensure the Project complies with its statutory obligations, safety requirements, and aerodrome safety standards. Perform the duties as stipulated in the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH Officer) Regulations, and comply with the WSH Act, regulations, and Code of Practices. Handle duties of an SGSecure Representative, Risk Management Champion, Work-At-Height Assessor/Manager, Safe Management Officer, and other WSQ competency appointments as necessary. Liaise, coordinate & handle all EHS-related matters with relevant authorities such as MOM, NEA, HSA, LTA, PUB, and SCDF. Responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring & reviewing Element's EHS Management System to ensure EHS system performance, and legal and regulatory compliance.
