Role Summary:
Hands-on HSE Executive role focused primarily on ETP/STP operations and shop floor safety execution . Responsible for plant monitoring, safety inspections, unsafe act/condition control, training, and documentation , ensuring compliance with statutory and audit requirements
Key Responsibilities:
ETP/STP Operations
- Monitor and support ETP/STP operations as per TNPCB norms
- Coordinate and ensure operator availability & support
- Maintain operation logs, records, and compliance data
- Track parameters and initiate corrective actions
Shop Floor Safety
- Perform daily safety inspections
- Identify and close unsafe acts & conditions
