Role- Health & Safety Advisor
Location- Cumbria, Sellafield
Salary- £55,000 per annum + Benefits
The Health & Safety Advisor will support the safe delivery of nuclear separation and decommissioning activities by ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. The role involves providing competent advice, monitoring site activities, and promoting a strong safety culture across a highly regulated nuclear project.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert health and safety advice to project teams involved in nuclear separation and decommissioning activities
Ensure compliance with UK legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work Act, CDM Regulations, and nuclear-specific regulatory requirements
Support the development, implementation, and review of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety tours, identifying hazards and ensuring corrective a...
