The role involves managing employee queries related to HR processes, implementing HR policies, and ensuring data accuracy in HRIS systems. Candidates should have a degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related fields, experience with US FMLA laws, and excellent customer service skills. A Spanish speaking background is a plus. The position requires a willingness to work on a night shift and can operate in a hybrid setup in BGC, Taguig.
