Configure and maintain absence plans, accrual policies, and time off types in Workday Support core HCM functions including org management, job and position data, and business process configuration Troubleshoot and resolve absence and HCM-related system issues and employee/manager inquiries Partner with HR and Legal to translate policy changes into system configuration Collaborate with internal application teams on absence data flows and downstream system impacts Support EIB data loads for absence balance adjustments and corrections

Role Overview The HRIS Analyst supports the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Absence Management and core HCM. This role partners closely with HR, Legal, and internal application teams to ensure absence plans and employee data are accurately maintained, compliant, and aligned with company policy.
