HR Strategies for the MX Team
Job Description:
- Align and deploy global HR strategies for the MX team.
- Advise and guide line managers on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, labor relations, engagement, and performance management.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team in Houston.
- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits for US employees, in partnership with our compensation provider.
- Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition to support hiring processes and meet global requirements.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Monitor HR KPIs, analyze trends, and propose strategic actions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for US employees, resolving issues promptly and suggesting improvements.
