Requirements

• College Graduate of any 4 year course
• With at least 1-2 years of experience more on employee relation and labor compliance
• With strong business acumen- ability to understand organizational goals
• Willing to work in FPIP Santo Tomas Batangas

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Assist in employee relations by addressing basic concerns and coordinating with departments.
• Help facilitate recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and employee engagement initiatives.
