HR Workforce Development Student Intern

Johnson Service Group is looking for a Student Intern for our client in San Jose. We are seeking a motivated and organized Workforce Development Intern to support a variety of employee training and development initiatives.


Responsibilities:

• Support Workforce Development programs, projects, and training initiatives.
  
• Create marketing and communication materials, including flyers, brochures, newsletters, surveys, invitations, and toolkits.
  
• Analyze training data and reports to identify trends and provide recommendations.
  
• Research training resources and learning tools to enhance employee development programs.
  
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and organization.
  
• Assist with live classroom training sessions and support learning opportunities for District employees.
