About the Role
Overview The role is responsible for second level support for any escalated people related system enquiries received from the HR Operations team. The role is to provide technical support, including the investigation and resolution of technical issues for all people related systems / applications. The role is to collaborate with the broader HR team and the business to ensure effective communication and timely resolutions are being provided to identified issues whilst providing effective performance support to minimise any downtime to the business on incidents. The role will form part of the global HR Systems team and collaboratively contribute to the efficient provision of HR systems and payroll services for the Group.
