About the Role
Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Offboarding
- New Staff Onboarding: Ensure timely and accurate entry of new staff information in the personnel system.
- Exit Management: Maintain accurate exit information, prepare exit documents, and ensure clearance procedures are completed.
Personnel Data Management
- Contract Management: Maintain personnel contracts, basic personnel information, and ensure timely updates.
- Contract Renewal: Ensure staff contracts are renewed in a timely manner and issue renewed contracts and conversion letters.
Disciplinary Procedure
- Disciplinary Procedure: Manage warning letters according to local legal requirements and disciplinary policy.
Attendance Management
- Attendance Data: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of attendance data and prepare monthly attendance summaries.
Employee Relations
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations incidents efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
Expense Management
