Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in payroll preparation and maintain payroll records.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Post job openings, screen applications, and schedule interviews.
  • Prepare employment contracts and assist in onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain employee files and HR records.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years HR, payroll, or recruitment experience (preferred).
  • Knowledge of payroll and government regulations.
  • Basic recruitment and onboarding skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
