About the Role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate manpower requisition requests.
- Post job openings on online channels.
- Source applicants and assess candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Endorse shortlisted candidates to the hiring managers.
- Invite shortlisted candidates for final interviews.
- Confirm the final recommendation of hiring managers after the final interview.
- Updates recruitment tracker and other related reports;
- Other tasks that may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HRDM, or
- At least 2 years experience in the related field.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Can start ASAP.
