Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Prepare job offer letters and employment contracts
- Support onboarding (collect documents, orientation setup)
- Handle day-to-day HR documents (memos, notices, reports)
- Support compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics
- Maintain training records
- Assist in performance evaluation processes
Qualifications
- With recruitment experience is an advantage.
