Responding to inquires and performing transactions using documented processes and policies (through Inquiry System)
Escalating issues to second level support or triages inquiries to the appropriate queue

About the Role
The HR Services Administrator (with Dutch ) provides first-level support to employees by responding to HR-related inquiries and delivering efficient, accurate basic transactional processing. The role ensures a positive employee experience by addressing routine HR questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining the integrity of HR data and processes
