Experience: 3–5 Years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Education: Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing end-to-end recruitment process.
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media and references.
• Screening and shortlisting profiles as per job requirements.
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Maintaining candidate data base and recruitment reports.
• Coordinating with consultants for hiring requirements.
• Following up with candidates until the joining process is completed.
