About the Role


Summary:

You will act as a high-velocity partner to ensure our global delivery model remains robust and compliant during periods of rapid growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the operational rollout of global benefit and wellbeing programs to newly acquired populations across multiple countries.

  • Manage the onboarding-to-audit lifecycle for vendors inherited through acquisitions, including initiating requests, navigating requirements, and ensuring all new contracts meet Company’s rigorous delivery standards.

  • Maintain and audit data within Company’s databases to ensure acquired employees are correctly mapped to global benefit plans, ensuring accurate eligibility and payroll deductions.

  • Serve as the primary operational link between the global center and global vendors to resolve complex, escalated claims or inquiries stemming from transition periods.
