We're seeking an experienced HR professional with 3–5 years in People Operations or Talent Operations within a startup or high-growth context. Your role includes ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing contractor payments, and improving onboarding processes. You'll also coordinate recruiting efforts by managing our ATS, Ashby, and streamlining HR policies to support our dynamic team of around 40 employees.
