About the Role

Responsibilities

  • People Management: Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of junior HR staff and team leaders.
  • Performance Evaluation: Design, roll out, and monitor the company-wide performance appraisal system and KPI tracking.
  • Employee Relations (ER): Manage grievances, lead labor-compliant disciplinary actions, and drive workplace conflict resolution.
  • Comp & Benefits (C&B): Oversee timekeeping processing, statutory government contributions, and HMO enrollments.
  • Engagement: Lead plant-wide culture initiatives, employee feedback programs, and team-building events.
  • Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing site policies strictly comply with Philippine labor standards.

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Psychology, HR Management, or any related field.
