About the Role
We’re looking for an **HR Operations Analyst** to join our Human Resources team at MBPS. In this role, you will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll operations, employee exit processes, Workday administration, tax and NSSF processing, HR Operations reporting, and audit support.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ End-to-end payroll processing for assigned geographies.
+ Manage the completion of periodic payroll and other ad-hoc reports, as well as the preparation of year-end processes.
+ Process statutory requirements for NSSF, taxation, and audits, both internal and external within Manulife.
+ Ensure payroll processes comply with all regulatory reporting requirements, guidelines, internal policies, and internal controls.
+ Maintain knowledge of existing and new legislation affecting HR Operations, specifically related to payroll calculations, and ensure adherence to requirements while advising management on necessary actions.
