Job Summary

This is an HR Generalist role that is both tactical and strategic, focused on maximizing employee engagement and development. The position supports warehouses and high‑density geographic areas, partnering closely with operations to address employee needs throughout the life cycle.

Essential Functions

• Works closely with HRBP to execute HR strategy, focusing on engagement and retention, and provides managers with tools and training to optimize performance.
• Provides day‑to‑day HR support to location leadership, including training, coaching, and development.
