About the Role
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for all departments
- Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts promptly and fairly
- Plan and coordinate training and development programs
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
