About the Role
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions to support the operational and strategic goals of the logistics, trucking, and overhauling company. This role ensures effective workforce planning, compliance with labor laws, talent acquisition for drivers and operational staff, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.
