About the Role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.
- Partner with department heads to support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws, and regulatory requirements (e.g. MOM, PDPA).
- Drive employee engagement and well-being programs.
- Manage and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.
- Handle HR reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
