About the Role

Job Description
The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership and employees, leading all aspects of human resources management at the facility. This role is responsible for fostering a high-performance culture through talent development, employee engagement, labor relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
 • Provide guidance on HR policies and programs to support business goals
 • Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
 • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations
 • Manage union interactions and compliance with collective bargaining agreements (if applicable)
 • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
 • Coordinate training and development programs
 • Track and analyze HR metrics
