Oversee everything related to people management in company. This includes recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee relations, training and development, and performance management. Collaborate with Management and other department heads to assess current and future HR needs. Lead hiring efforts to meet the company’s HR needs with the right mix of skills and backgrounds to help the company grow. Develop and oversee implementation of HR activities for employee engagement and talent retention. Create and update internal HR policies and procedures to match the prevailing laws in Malaysia and industry norms/ practices.
