Responsibilities
- Spearheads recruitment, selection, placement, and development of key officers and employees;
- Formulates, implements, and enforces company rules and regulations and other pertinent laws and personnel policies;
- Plans and implements salary standardization and increases of employees benefits;
- Monitors administrative violations and the imposition of sanctions;
- Manages the performance of the five (5) sections of the Human Resource Management Division and the Organizational Development Division;
- Prepares annual budget for the Human Resource Management Division;
- Formulates employee relations plans for recommendation to the President & CEO and the Management Committee;
- Facilitates case conferences according to procedures and conducts counseling of aggrieved employees;
