Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Administration

  • Maintain employee and update HR recordsmand databases (201 files), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare employment contracts, job offers, onboarding documents
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and clearances.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timekeeping reports
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Monitor attendance, leave balances, and timekeeping
  • Ensure HR documents are accurate and up to date
  • Creating and updating HR policies

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Post job openings and screen candidates
  • Finding specialized skills and long-term fit
  • Coordinate interviews and hiring processes
