Compensation: $90,000 - $95,000 base salary, plus benefits
Bonus: Future bonus structure to be developed
About the Role
We are partnering with a growing architecture, engineering, and construction organization seeking a Human Resources Manager to build, lead, and scale a standalone HR function.
This is a foundational role for a hands-on HR leader who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and partnering directly with leadership.
