Be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all human resources operational functions across the organization at a national level.
POSITION INFO:
This role ensures efficient HR service delivery, compliance with labor laws, and alignment of HR processes with business objectives. Driving Efficiency, Compliance & Service Excellence. The incumbent will drive efficiently, compliance, service excellence and lead HR operations business, as usual items including project deliverables, manage HR systems, and drive process improvements to enhance employee experience and organizational performance.
