Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management
- Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and programs aligned with company goals
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Lead the talent acquisition process and workforce planning
- Manage training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to management in organizational planning and culture building
