Industrial‑X is looking for an HR professional to manage end‑to‑end HR functions for our organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and day‑to‑day HR administration.
• Be knowledgeable in visa processing and experience working with expats and other ethnicities.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE and other statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, etc.).
• Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management systems.
• Act as the first point of contact for all HR‑related concerns of Industri‑X employees.
• Contribute to the development of company policies, procedures, and ISO framework during transition where required.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.
• Other related tasks may be assigned by immediate head.
• Can start ASAP.
