Prepare all facilitator materials and equipment before sessions. Adjust facilitation methods in real-time to address learner engagement and needs.



Responsibilities

  • Manage participant interactions to keep focus and meet session objectives.
  • Conduct pre- and post-session assessments, feedback collection, and follow-ups.
  • Record session outcomes, participant progress, and recommend improvements.
  • Perform competency assessments related to learning objectives and update competency profiles accordingly.
  • Support learners in developing or updating their Employee Development Plans (EDPs) based on session results.



Qualifications
