• Assist the recruitment team with technical sourcing and screening of potential candidates for software development and IT roles using Boolean search strings and social platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle by scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and updating candidate statuses in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
