Description We are looking for an adaptable HR Generalist to join a construction-focused organization in Ontario, California on a Contract basis. This position supports essential people operations across payroll, employee relations, compliance, and onboarding in a collaborative and fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate brings a practical, hands-on approach to HR while building strong working relationships across the business.
