Job Description

  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training programs for new hires.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and resolve conflicts.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and assist with career development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • With experience in all facet in HR including recruitment, employee engagement etc.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in HR software.
  • Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
