Summary

/Objective:The HR Generalist include full-cycle recruiting, onboarding and offboarding
employees, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, ensuring policy compliance, and handling HR administrative tasks
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
  • Work with hiring managers and schedule pre-recruiting meetings to be sure all the needs and wants are understood before searching.
  • Source, contact, and research potential passive candidates that might meet the requirements.
  • Schedule phone and in person interviews, gather follow-up information from hiring managers for follow-up to candidates.
  • Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.
  • Place ads on various social media outlets, websites, etc.
  • When necessary, arrange travel for candidates out of the area to interview, tour, etc.
  • Manage the student/co-op program for all areas, including attendance at job...
