Job title: HR Generalist Summary/Objective: The HR Generalist includes full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding employees; handles employee relations and conflict resolution; ensures policy compliance; and performs HR administrative tasks.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
- Work with hiring managers and schedule pre‑recruiting meetings to be sure all the needs and wants are understood before searching.
- Source, contact, and research potential passive candidates that might meet the requirements.
- Schedule phone and in‑person interviews, gather follow‑up information from hiring managers for follow‑up to candidates.
- Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.
- Place ads on various social media outlets, websites, etc.
- When necessary, arrange travel for candidates out of the area to interview, tour, etc.
