About the Role

Job Requirements:
Strategic HR & Business Partnership Implement HR business plans to drive company objectives and manpower planning across all departments. Advise management on labor laws, statutory compliance, and timely legal updates. Act as a key contributor or Chairperson for internal committees and corporate gatherings.
Talent Management & Employee Experience Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, selection, orientation, and induction. Oversee performance appraisal systems and facilitate company-wide training plans. Drive employee relations by mediating conflicts and maintaining staff discipline and cohesiveness.
Foreign Manpower (NTS) & Compliance End-to-end management of NTS employees, including recruitment/repatriation, work permit renewals, security bonds, and workmen's insurance. Serve as the primary liaison for government agencies, statutory bodies, and external auditors.
