About the Role
Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Handle end-to-end recruitment at Srilanka (job posting, screening, interviews, help to selection) Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs Maintain recruitment trackers and reports 2. Employee Relations Address employee queries and grievances Maintain employee engagement activities Ensure a positive and productive work environment 3. HR Operations Maintain employee records and HR databases Manage attendance, leave records, and documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws 4. Payroll & Benefits Assist in payroll processing and salary inputs Coordinate for applicable employee benefits. Maintain confidentiality of employee salary data 5. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate sessions Maintain training records and feedback.
