We are representing our client, a MNC company specializing in water treatment systems based in Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya . As they are expanding, they are looking for Human Resources Executive to join their team.

Job Description

• Manage the day-to-day operational activities of the HR Department including recruitment support.
• Ensure consistent implementation and review of policies and procedures relating to HR matters.
• Ensure all HR function activities comply with legal requirements and relevant employment laws.
• Assist in payroll administration and ensure the HRMS is maintained promptly and accurately.
• Manage staff recreation activities and employee engagement activities.
• Conduct exit interview.
• Assist in any ad-hoc HR projects.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
