Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on HR Manager who will lead end-to-end recruitment as well as core HR operations across multiple warehouse locations. The ideal candidate will not only manage blue-collar and white-collar hiring but also play a vital role in payroll coordination, HR audits, compliance, and employee engagement activities across sites. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar roles across all warehouse and functional teams. Source and engage candidates through job portals like Naukri.com, Apna.com, LinkedIn, and relevant social media platforms. Collaborate with contractors and recruitment agencies for bulk hiring and specialized roles.
