Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive – Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and coordination for manpower deployment across projects such as Tollways, DMRC, Agra Metro, Jal Nigam, etc.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection)
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
• Manage job postings on portals and other hiring sources
• Ensure timely joining of candidates
