HR Digitalization Senior Expert

Your role and key responsibilities

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Lead the rollout and implementation of HR IT systems , with a strong focus on SuccessFactors, supporting the digital transformation of HR functions in PowerCo Spain.
• Analyze HR business requirements and support system configuration , including the creation of test cases to ensure SuccessFactors solutions meet organizational needs.
• Coordinate with implementation partners, internal project teams, and HR stakeholders to ensure successful system deployment and alignment across workstreams.
• Act as the main point of contact for HR IT system-related topics , providing business process support, expert consultation, end‑user training, and adoption guidance.
