We’re seeking a Reward HR Data Analyst for our client who act as specialist interface supporting Reward and HRIS teams with accurate preparation of key reward and job architecture data; data migration and processes testing, ensuring the successful build of reward and job architecture aspects of the new client HCM system.
Roles and Responsibilities:
To be successful in the role, the role holder will be expected to:
Reward data migration and testing
- Lead on the delivery of timely and accurate reward-specific data preparation and testing activities within the HCM build, test and launch phases
- Act as a reward subject matter expert in areas of compensation and job architecture for the HRIS team.
